ai-driven personalisation in beauty & wellness
In collaboration with the AKQA team, I prepared and delivered a presentation as part of the Beauty Academy Digital Workshop. It was a day-long workshop event designed to educate Unilever’s marketers on opportunities to innovate using the latest technologies.
My segment delved into innovate ways to personalise digital experiences today, from simulations of skincare results to AI-generated skincare routines. We also spoke about what the future could hold when use of AI is taken even further, including on-demand personalised products and autonomous beauty agents.
The 30 minute talk & 10 minutes of Q&A included lots of audience participation, industry-specific examples, and actionable takeaways. I also included comments on the ethical considerations for brands when using AI.
